About Us It's all about fishing
We have been living, fishing and hunting in the Bay of Plenty, North Island NZ for the last 22 years. It was the lure of outstanding Trout fishing, which made us move from Austria to New Zealand. We chose Rotorua with its central location and great fishing opportunities as the place to settle and we are still here! I enjoy all types of fishing: Fresh- and Saltwater, but my all-time favourite is sightfishing for Big Trout! Trout stalking and deer stalking- thats me! Often the two go hand in hand, in early spring, you always keep an eye out for an unwary deer on the riverflats while the other one scans the water for a flicker of a tail or a shadow that gives its location away..... But I better stop now-I am getting carried away! Yes I have done quite a lot of fishing in Austria as well, Trout, Graylings, Brook Trout, Danube Salmon and Marbled Trout in Slovenia, and of course Corse fish. Tight Lines
